DPDP Act's Consent Manager Phase Begins Nov 2026
Phase 2 of India's Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act, specifically the Consent Manager framework under Rule 4, will become operational on November 13, 2026. This mandates that Data Fiduciaries must be technically ready to integrate with registered Consent Managers.
